NEW OPPORTUNITIES AT OUR HABITAT SITE

With the houses completed and the families turning them into homes, we're looking ahead to the next steps in our journey in partnership with Central SC Habitat for Humanity and CIRCLES® Lexington County. Come out September 18-19 or September 25-26 to build Soso and Keelah a shed, paint porches, and clear out a neighborhood lot that is adjacent to our site!

The opportunities are for a variety of ages, so please read all details below before you register. Each shift has a limit to the number of volunteers able to be on site and can fill up at any time. Please check back regularly to see if new opportunities have been added!

Because of the limited numbers on site, we will not be doing group reservations for adults. We encourage anyone wanting to serve with others to have one individual register everyone at one time.

Volunteer communication will be through the EMAIL you provide when registering. You will receive a confirmation email when your registration is complete. Please save all email communication and refer to it for details. Any cancellations will be done by notification through email as well.

We only use your phone number in case of last-minute, unforeseen changes and do not share your personal information with anyone.

Here are the details for these projects:

-Limited volunteers (no more than 10 per project, per shift)
-Regular sanitizing of equipment used at the end of each shift
-Making hand sanitizer, disposable gloves, and masks available on site (we encourage you to bring your own mask and work gloves, but will have disposable ones available)
-Volunteers will be asked to take their temperature just prior to reporting to the work site. Volunteers should stay home if it is anything above normal and/or if they're experiencing any symptoms outlined by the CDC here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html

If you are having difficulty registering, send us an email and we will be happy to assist you.
